Ask Growthract

What Ask Growthract can and can't answer

Ask Growthract answers questions about your own report's evidence — it doesn't originate new facts or answer general support questions.

Short answer

Ask Growthract answers questions about your own report — why something failed, what to fix first, what evidence backs a claim, and what changed — using only the evidence already in that report.

What this means

It never invents new findings. If your question needs evidence Growthract doesn't have, it says so directly ("I can't establish that from the evidence currently available") instead of guessing.

Why this happens

This keeps every answer traceable to something you can actually check — each answer includes an "Evidence used" section listing exactly what it's based on.

What to do

Ask specific questions about your report: why a check failed, what to fix first, what evidence supports a finding, whether something's been verified, or what changed since your last scan. For account, billing, or product-support questions, use Support instead — Ask Growthract only knows about your report's evidence.
