PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals — what Growthract shows

Real Google PageSpeed Insights scores for your homepage — never a made-up composite score.

Short answer

Growthract shows live Google PageSpeed Insights scores for your homepage: Cumulative Layout Shift, Interaction to Next Paint, and First Contentful Paint.

What this means

These are the same Core Web Vitals Google measures. When real visitor data exists (Chrome UX field data), Growthract shows that; otherwise it shows lab-measured values from a single PageSpeed Insights run, and says so. There is no single "performance score" — a fast site is easier for both search engines and AI crawlers to fetch and index, but performance is one input, not a verdict.

What to do

If a metric is worse than its "good" threshold (shown in the explainer next to it), that's a real optimization target — image size, layout stability, or script execution time are the usual causes.
