Troubleshooting

Growthract recommended something I already fixed

Why a fixed issue can still show up, and how to clear it.

Short answer

Recommendations are re-evaluated from fresh evidence on every scan — they aren't automatically cleared just because you made a change.

What to do

Mark the action implemented, then run a new scan of the same website in the same scan mode. If it's still showing after that, confirm the fix is live on the exact page the finding refers to.

Check which one matches

  1. You haven't marked it implemented yet.

Mark it "Implemented" so Growthract records that you did the work -- this alone doesn't clear the recommendation, though. Learn more →

  2. You've marked it implemented and want it to actually clear.

Run a new scan of the same website in the same scan mode -- recommendations are re-evaluated from fresh evidence every scan, not carried over. Learn more →

  3. You rescanned and it's still showing up.

Double-check the fix is live on the exact page the finding refers to, not a different page or a draft.
