Integrations
Connecting Google Search Console and Analytics
Connect Google to get real, measured search and traffic data instead of estimates.
Short answer
Go to Settings → Integrations and select Connect Google. You'll grant read-only access to Search Console and Analytics, then map the connection to the exact website you're auditing.
What this means
Growthract only requests read-only access (it can't change anything in your Google account) and only shows real performance numbers for a website that's actually mapped to a connected property. An unmapped website shows a neutral "Not connected" state instead of a guess.
Why this happens
Connection problems are almost always one of: you weren't signed in when you clicked Connect, you didn't approve every requested permission, or the connection didn't return a long-lived token and needs to be redone.
What to do
Try Connect Google again and make sure to approve access when Google prompts you — declining any permission can prevent the connection from completing. Then confirm the correct website is mapped to the right Search Console property/GA4 property in Settings → Integrations.
Still not working?
If reconnecting doesn't resolve it, contact Support with the exact error message shown on the Settings → Integrations page.
